Meet Erica

You’ve spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself. Maybe you’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried meditating, or even tried therapy before. While talking through things has been helpful - you still find yourself stuck in the same patters and you’re looking for a different way.

In my experience, real change happens when we begin working beneath the surface - with the deeper emotional and nervous system responses that live in the body. My work is trauma-informed and integrates somatic practices that support this process. In sessions we’ll use mindfulness, breathwork, visualization, and other body-based techniques alongside therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

The goal is for you to feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and better able to move forward with clarity and confidence.
